The mission of Valley Youth House is to provide shelter, counseling, prevention and developmental recreation services to troubled young people and their families. In order to strengthen the family and assist youngsters to grow into healthy, responsible and productive adults, prevention and intervention services are also offered. Our vision is to achieve a community of nurturing families which is free of abuse and neglect, and which prepares today's young people to build tomorrow's families. We are currently looking for a qualified applicant to fill the following position: Case Manager 1 The job duties for this position are the following: * Provide counseling and case management services to at-risk families. * Innovative in-home and case management services to at-risk families. * Assist at-risk families with connections to community resources and supports. * Complete all necessary documentation of service.
